Sydney: I've been a vegan for one year as of March 2011, and I love food with a sincere and endless passion! Becoming a vegan is not about sacrifice or denying yourself of delectable goodies, but it's really a treat for your body. If you've heard of the saying "your body is your temple" and you believe it even in the slightest, consider why you eat healthily! Why do you feel like crap after eating a double cheese burger and shake? Besides abandoning the guilt that society marries with food, being vegan is a guilt-free adventure! I love nutrition, and having a healthy relationship with food is key to not getting completely psychotic! Be happy with yourself, be happy with your decisions, and things will come back to you with happy intentions! Try it out for a while, and you'll see!
